Consortium Delivers Live and On-demand Flash Streaming Solutions For Content Owners

Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced the Adobe® Flash Media Solution Provider (FMSP) program. The new program is a consortium of professional streaming solution providers and publishers that offer consulting and implementation services for the Adobe Flash® Media Server. Aimed at customers who need to deliver live and on-demand streaming media applications, inaugural members of the FMSP program include: The FeedRoom; Multicast Media Technologies; Jalipo; Onstream Media; and stimTV. These industry-leading solution providers specialize in enabling organizations to broadcast live Flash streaming for sporting events, concerts, webcasts, educational and promotional events.

FMSP partner services include on-site set up, encoding, hosting, reporting, and promotion. Now organizations can leverage professional service providers who specialize in delivering live and on-demand Flash streaming solutions to expedite critical streaming projects.

The Flash Video Streaming Service program offers hosted services for delivering on-demand video for Adobe Flash® Player, across high-performance networks.
